I buy a lot fresh veggies when I go grocery shopping. They make great quick healthy snacks. And when I'm craving an easy healthy meal, I toss 'em in a fry pan with some olive oil and make an easy stir-fry.
Stir-fried veggies go great over ramen noodles, I leave out the seasoning packet because all the sodium.

I've been really enjoying my all veggie soup. It's been great to have on hand for right before dinner. I find if I eat a satisfying bowl of it I don't want as many carbs for dinner. It's working out great!

I love fresh veggies but i notice how positive i am after picking in my garden and cooking fresh veggies for supper, one small rule in our house as the kids are growing up is if it comes from the garden you need to try ONE bite just one my daughter no prob, my son picky but not as bad now it worked
