Move it! I exercise as much as possible so I can eat more. I go to the gym, but I also walk everywhere I can. Never feeling deprived helps me stay on track!

  • I try to make sure I am moving as much as possible, even though I also have to keep watching what I would eat.
  • The best reason for me going to the mall is to walk around and get my steps in for the day. It's easy and doesn't feel like I'm over exerting myself. emoticon - by HEALTHYNUTMOM
  • I exercise because my body has learned to crave movement.
I love how I feel after a good sweaty workout!!
I cant agree with the idea that I can eat more or something because I work out
I find that I can never work off the calories of the food I think I can eat because of a workout. I am glad it works for you...wish it did for me...I'd have more chocolate emoticon - by CHERYLSBUTT
  • I exercise as much as I can. But not to eat more, I don't want to fall into that habit.
If I am unable to exercise as much, then I am used to eating more , and I have to struggle to reduce my food habit. I have already adjusted how much I eat, that enabled me to lose 200 lbs, I am not gong to try to eat more.
It's better to exercise for fitness , not to expect more food.

  • moving is always better. I wear a pedometer and that really makes me realize just how many steps I take in a day. It keeps at the forefront, parking at the end of lots, climbing stairs, etc. When I go to the gym it is not a problem, it is the non gym days that I have to watch! - by LYNCHD05
