    I find that when I use Sunday to create little "snack packs" of cut up veggies and fruit for the week, I do well because I tend to just grab them and go.

    How many ways can I say this is so, so, so true, I do the same thing, keeps me on track. I know what I am having for lunch and I don't question being led astray. emoticon
