It occurred to me that when people have seen my weight loss{20 lbs. in just under five months} ,that maybe others thought I followed the Spark meal plans offered.Though I'm sure they help others,I NEEDED to FOLLOW MY OWN PLAN! Note: I DID try for one week to follow the Spark Meal Plan and ...

it was harder to shop---I DON' T eat the foods that were on the list-tofu,being one,though I tried it. I found that if I STICK to the foods I like and MODERATE THE PORTIONS,eat the healthy veggies and fruits AND make sure to eat ENOUGH protein[I always ate too high carbs!],then I'd be ok !IT WORKS!

    I do this too. I never followed the Spark plan, but simply moderated how much I ate. I do eat a lot more fruit and veggies. I think we all have to do what works best for US, and find out what fits our lifestyle so we can make these changes permanant.

    i did change the carb recommedations. I have to eat fewer carbs to lose

    Yeah...I started using foods that I already buy and eat and it was was easier to stick to my goals. LIKE! LIKE! emoticon
