    A great tip - what a shame that most of us don't take it seriously until we are well into our adult years and miss all that we could have been. Still, better late than never - and I agree with VANVT totally.

    I agree but the quality of life should be there to go along with it or at least for me it puts a damper on living too long. Good health, good memory and the ability to take care of what it is all about once you are old.

    I increased my exercise late in life, so won't get a lot of extra years, but have the benefits of strength, softer skin, better posture, more muscle definition, and increased energy. What a shame it is that I didn't start sooner and what a shame it is that physical education is reduced in most schools.
