Even on vacation, it's easy to get in at least 10 minutes of cardio. Try taking a brisk walk around the property or some laps in the pool!

  • I try to get lots of walking when on vacation. When we take a cruise, we can start by simply using the stairs instead of the elevator. I noticed that my husband and I do more walking when we are out of town, so I am happy for that. - by CTTAGENT

  • I always take the laptop or portable DVD player and DVDs that I can do in the room too. It can be very easy to exercise on vacation. If you at the shore, walk the beach, great workout! I also like to take or rent a bike to switch it up on vacation. emoticon - by RJSHRFID
