This may sound like common sense, but for me in the past I never did this and doing it has made all the difference! Make sure you are getting enough calories to support your workouts and weight loss. Making the mistake of not getting enough everyday can cause a long plateau and frustration. It goes against common sense to eat to lose but when you realize that it works, it's so simple!!!
