Simple Shakes




In my ideal world I'd wake up no earlier than 7am. Problem is I have to leave the house by 6:30 three days a week. To save time with breakfast, I make a quick shake of 2 Tbsp Flaxseed meal, 2 Tbsp protein powder, 1 cup frozen berries, 1 banana, and 1 cup almond milk (I'm dairy free).

    I love almond milk but I also love rice milk. I will have to make this using the almond milk one day and the rice milk another day and see which one taste better. Thank You for sharing this with us. - by SWIMLOVER
  • I keep forgetting I have ground flaxseed when I'm making shakes. I have also discovered the joy of almond milk (I can't stand soymilk), so I'll have to remember to use that more often, too. - by DRAMAQUEEN1913
