Pick an event in the future (2-3 months) in which you REALLY want to look good for. Now everytime you work out, think of that event and how good you'll look. Great motivation!

When you're feeling down and wanting to give up, remind yourself why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. Reminding yourself of your motivation will get you back on track. You made a promise to yourself to do it, so stick to it! No excuses! Go for your goal!

Use lots of details about how you lost the weight, why you lost the weight, how you feel being at your goal weight, and what you've done to maintain your loss.
