When you're feeling down and wanting to give up, remind yourself why you wanted to lose weight in the first place. Reminding yourself of your motivation will get you back on track. You made a promise to yourself to do it, so stick to it! No excuses! Go for your goal!
Even if you are no where near your goal write your success story now. Use lots of details about how you lost the weight, why you lost the weight, how you feel being at your goal weight, and what you've done to maintain your loss. When you are in need of some motivation, read your story and picture yourself at that future moment and know that you are on the road to that reality.248
