    Thank you! I have been trying to explain this to family/friends/coworkers, and people are NOT getting it! They're like, "no, this fruit is good for you! Drink this energy supplement" - No thanks, dude. I'll stick with water and my 90 calorie food bar. Thanks for sharing this again! We can't hear it enough!
