I am working very hard to add variety to my workouts. Each day I do something different - run, fitness DVD, eliptical, bike ride, etc. I look forward to each acitivty and enjoy the change -

Don't get stuck in a rut. Keep on researching & finding new & unique exercises to add to your routines or to change them up. There are many different versions of similar exercises & changing up will keep your body guessing & the inches melting away!
Instead of making a bunch of dramatic life changes all at once. Make one at a time and give it a couple weeks. You can make one food and one exercise change for two weeks and then add on another one.
If you're arguing with yourself and putting off exercise, change into your gym clothes anyway. I used to leave them on the front hall table so they were waiting for me as soon as I got home from work. As soon as I was out of work clothes and into workout clothes, I'd feel energized and ready to go! And it would be one less excuse not to do it.
