Last night at dinner, my husband asked me how many calories are in the foods he usually takes for lunch. Then he started asking me how many calories were in the foods he was eating right then at dinner! I grabbed my Calorie King book and answered his questions.

Although I'm not an obsessive calorie counter, I do have a general idea about the calorie contents of a lot of the foods we have in the house. I was surprised he was interested in calorie counts. Maybe I've "sparked" my husband with my healthy lifestyle? emoticon

    I motivated my friend into eating healthier! She isn't fat what so ever, but when she started seeing that I'M eating healthier...she started too! She's cutting back on the pop, and is going for Diet now! I was so surprised the other day at Subway when she automatically went for the diet drink, not regular!
She's eating so much healthier, and basically just because I joined SparkPeople and I'm eating healthier! :)

    My husband started asking thoses questions and looking at nutritional labels, too. He's losing weight just because I am a Sparker. It's contagious.
