Last night at dinner, my husband asked me how many calories are in the foods he usually takes for lunch. Then he started asking me how many calories were in the foods he was eating right then at dinner! I grabbed my Calorie King book and answered his questions.
Although I'm not an obsessive calorie counter, I do have a general idea about the calorie contents of a lot of the foods we have in the house. I was surprised he was interested in calorie counts. Maybe I've "sparked" my husband with my healthy lifestyle?
