Every morning, before I get out of bed, I sit in a quiet yoga pose for 15 minutes and visualize my day. I congratulate myself on yesterday's successes, forgive the slips and commit to my plan today. I see myself preparing breakfast and packing my lunch. I breathe deeply and get calm. emoticon
