Every year I use to say " I am going to lose weight." I would try and lose maybe 10 lbs. I would regain and would have to start over. I stopped myself dead in the tracks one day and told myself " You have not achieved your goal and year after year you do the same thing. The years pass and you still look the same. TIME WAITS FOR NO MAN! Get ON AND STAY ON. YOU WILL THEN SEE CHANGE!Losing another year without change is not I want,leaving unwanted pounds in the old year sounds better to ME.

Kick Up Chili Seasoning Mixes with Flavorful Add-Ins
I have a delicious “from scratch” chili recipe that calls for some unusual ingredients, but it takes forever to assemble. To save time, I just add these items to a box of chili seasoning mix. Here’s what I add-in – you can add as many or as few as you like. For liquid add Beer, Beef Broth and Brewed Coffee. For an interesting flavor add a Tablespoon each of Cocoa Powder and Brown Sugar. For beans add a can each of Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Light & Dark Kidney Beans.
Also add canned Tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Onions, Green Pepper & Lean Ground Meat, like you usually would.
