    i really like this and do this myself from time to time...for me its things like, clean one whole room top to bottom this week, or clean out my car and vaccum it out and wash it....

    This is so encouraging. I often take on too many things or get distracted from a specific goal by branching off. I like your idea of picking just one health related goal for the month. I'm going to try to work this into my "other goals" section of SP. Thanks!

    I like this too. I only just started and it's a bit hopeless for me at the moment as we have relatives over from Malaysia for two weeks, so food in abundance! However, my goal for one month, despite the intake, is to faithfully track my nutrition and do daily exercise. I'll worry about the food later!
