  • I like this too. I only just started and it's a bit hopeless for me at the moment as we have relatives over from Malaysia for two weeks, so food in abundance! However, my goal for one month, despite the intake, is to faithfully track my nutrition and do daily exercise. I'll worry about the food later! - by ASMARTERWAY
