over the past two weeks i have been volunteering at various places ...THEY WORK YOU. two to fours of helping others whether it is clean up detail or food centers is a great way of burning calories. up-down-pickup-walk this over-carry this-on your knees or stretch out it is a great workout.

Record some of your favorite songs that you really enjoy. Instead of watching television just put on some music and just go for it. Often an 1/2 hour turns into 1-hour session and I feel realy good afterward. 236216

Put ankle weights and arm weights before playing wii fit, not only do you get the benefit of being active on something really fun -- but the added resistance from the ankle weights and arm weights burns more calories!
Wii fit is great for burning calories -- especially the fun run and hula hoop. You can even change channels while doing the free run :)
