Yum! I love lemon in my water!! To make it easier, I have taken to squeezing my lemons right away (actually hubby squeezes them, thanks babe!) and putting the fresh juice into cube trays and freezing them. That way, I don't have to keep fresh lemon on hand but can always have fresh lemon juice in my water.

When I gave up soda, I did it by drinking water-- every time I went to grab a soda, THOUGHT about grabbing a soda, or even SAW soda, I drank a glass of water instead. You can buy it in a variety of flavors (usually in the soda aisle or water aisle) and it's a GREAT alternative if you still want the fizzy comfort.
MORE INFORMATION:
You can usually find seltzer water in 12 packs or 2 liter bottles at your local grocer. You may also find tonic water, which is seltzer with added sodium.
Cut Juice with Water or Club Soda/Seltzer/Sparkling Water
Juice can be high sugars and calories. However, if you cut it with water, it lasts longer, tastes less sweet, but just as satisfying, and keeps those calories in check. Instead of water, use club soda for a great soda substitute! I now only use a splash of juice for flavor.
MORE INFORMATION:
This works for lemonade, or even sodas cut with club soda.
