Snacking At Night? I Keep It To Veggies....




I am often wanting to eat at the end of the day, even after a dinner. Now, to maintain, instead of my past snacking I limit myself to vegetables, as many as I can eat. They are low calorie and filling with all the fiber. If I still want a snack after that, I make it a taste, not a binge.

  • I am about halfway to my goal, and I feel that I have been practicing for maintainance all the way down.

    I have stabilized at a weight, then lose a bit more, etc.

    I know that I am going to have to go lower in calories etc to get to my goal, so I am finding going down a little at a time is making that easier. - by FOUNDER3

  • I agree. I have a daughter that buys fresh vegetables, cut them and clean them up and throws them in ziplocs and then has a snack at night or just ready to use vegetables to grill. - by HOPE2BE
