Eating Taco Bell?!? Moderation Is Key!

Believe it or not, you CAN eat taco bell and still lose weight. Not every day, OBVIOUSLY, but they make the Fresco Tacos and I ate three today and was still within my calories, fat, and carbs. Lacking in protein though.

    very true! You just have to know what to order at certain places, and make sure you were eating good throughout the whole day!

    I'll usually have four or five tacos without cheese and sour cream and throw the tortilla away. You eliminate sooooo many calories by getting rid of the tortillas. Another tip is to ask them to build you a taco salad, sans shell, cheese, sour cream, etc, but with extra tomatoes and lettuce. Most places are pretty accommodating and will give you what you want. Good job on the fresco tacos!!!

    Don't forget the new Cantina tacos. Great flavors, low on the fat and calories, at least for tacos!!!!!
