Hot weather and working out can bring about nasty and uncomfortable rashes or skin breakdown due to excess sweat in warm dark places if you have skin folds or fat rolls. To combat this you can use zinc oxide(diaper rash cream) and talcum powder in the folds to stay dry.

Resinol salve - my mom began using this on diaper rashes and it was our family's go-to-product for any skin irritation...including chafing and rashes between skin folds. It's hard to find....you usually can order it at drug store and now you can get it from places like Amazon. A bottle lasts a long time and it's great for everything!!! emoticon - by LONDONBABYDOLL
