Avocados are delicious, healthy, portable, and quick to prepare. Pack one with crackers or bread for a yummy lunch! Slice into your salad or on top of scrambled eggs. Did I mention they're delicious? emoticon

  • We have recently been eating a lot of Avacados, I like to mash one up and put a little salt, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash & lemon juice in it and use it as a spread on crackers or a dip. We also use them in salads or just eat them as is! - by BAREADER
