    Definitely agree with you, specially because who can you fool on a personal goal? If you track lies, you will never loose weight.

    honesty can be brutal sometimes but the only ones we are cheating by not really tracking our progress/slips is ourselves. Very insightful!!

    you are right, if you cant be honest with yourself you wont get
