Sit down on day 1 and make a list of 1. WHY you are doing it 2. All the great stuff your gonna get for it 3. EXACTLY what you hope to accomplish. Keep going until your list takes about 15 min to read. Then read it EVERY day, forever!
Make your list detailed, vivid, graphic. Not "to improve my sex life" but "I want to have a mind-blowing, sizzling, HOT sex life that makes my partner DREAM about me!" You will be focusing on your "whys" 15 min each day. If you have enough "why's" then the "how's" will take care of themselves!!

I started out using SparkPeople occasionaly. That really doesn't work. This year I have logged in Daily-tracked food & exercise Daily & have seen actual results for the first time! SP can be a great tool but you must STAY FOCUSED & think about your choices daily if you ever want results. I feel stronger, more motivated & healthier than ever. You will make mistakes but if you stay focused you will recover from those mistakes quicker and suffer from them less.
I like to start first thing in the morning with a journal entry. This gets my mind focused and motivated to keep on my plan. The quiet before the storm of the day has become so necessary to my success.
