When I haven't had time to do a workout, I fit one in while watching TV. During the commercial breaks, I choose one exercise & do as many reps as I can before the show starts again. These include crunches, push-ups, leg lifts, calf raises, bicep curls, tricep dips, jumping jacks, etc. Just move!

If you want to get in a little exercise even on your lazy day. Get off the couch and run in place during the commercial break, these breaks can last from 2 to 4 minutes up to 7or 8 breaks per one hour show which could give you 20 minute workout.
