Instead of using 2 tbsp of Mayo on your sandwich, try smash and spread or slice 1/4 of an avocado on the bread. You'll save 36 calories and 6.6 grams of fat. Plus, of the fat that you do get from the Avocado, 4.2 grams are belly flattening MUFAs, not to mention all the other health benefits.
Also very yummy ... a slice of whole wheat bread, one egg, one slice of fat free swiss cheese, and 1/4 avocado. My personal favorite breakfast, aside from berries and fat free yogurt.
