This Sparked Me!

I am so out of shape that I do Mini Sparks. Mini sparks are shorter in length than 10 min. sparks but also add up. I have Multiple sclerosis. I do marching in place as long as I can to build up my strength in a more gradual pace. emoticon

Do whatever exercise you can. As you probably know, it is important to exercise when you have MS. It's one of the reasons that i do it. Good Luck. I'm sure you're thankful (like me) for the ability to move each and every day.

I drink a cup of water when I get up, a cup with all meals, and a cup before I go to be which gives me 5 cups. I drink a lot of water each day and this is how I get the help. A cup is not very much to drink at one time and is very important to the body.
