After a workout my feet are tired. I bought some cream (I use either foot cream or body lotion). After my shower and before I get dressed each day, I rub the cream on my tired feet. This also keeps my shoes smelling nice, as well as soothing my feet.

I believe what contributes to my weight loss is the fact that I "keep the bocy moving." After each meal, especially after dinner, I get up and move. If I talk on the phone, read, wash dishes, even a few sewing tasks, I stay on my feet.311331
There's no special equipment needed, just comfortable foot attire
Before putting on your socks, rub your feet with a decent layer of foot cream, be it petroleum jelly, or Gold Bond foot cream, or cocoa butter, or something sort of thick. Once you put your socks over it, the socks stay put and keeps them from rubbing against you. It's helped soften up my feet quite a bit and keeps the rubbing to a minimum. I know it seems like it would feel weird, but you don't even notice it once the socks are on!
Being on my feet when doing laundry all day tires them out! One way I use to rest my legs a little is to place a woven braided rug in front of my washing machine! Just that little bit of cushion between my feet and the floor helps give them support! Another idea to help my feet is putting in Dr. Scholl's foot inserts in my shoes. They ALSO CUSHION them!
