Snack size candy can be deceptively easy to over-do.

If I do get a piece of candy, I keep the empty wrapper in my pocket. By the end of the day I know exactly how many I've ate.

Also the crinkling paper in my pocket reminds me not to get more than I intended to eat that day.

    I also agree, it sure is easy to forget how much of one thing you have eaten. I believe by keeping those wrappers in your possession will help you remember what you have eaten and how much

    I do this, too! The wrapper from my granola bar- the little wrapper at the bottom of my McDonald's ice cream cone, etc.

    Yup, it sure is easy to forget what we've eaten. I like your idea, an auditory reminder to help keep on track!
