    I try to swim across the pool several times. I alternate propelling myself with my arms one time across and then my legs the next time. I do this several times while I am in the pool and it seems to be a pretty good workout.

    lol that was my status today as it is really humid here so no walking outdoors next best thing get in the water and walk..thanks for the great tip!!
