Saturdays are the only day where the kids and I can really superclean the house (we're so busy during the week). So we put on a Top 40 radio station, I put a 15 minute timer on, and we're dancing away while we're dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. After every 15 minutes you switch jobs with someone so you don't get bored doing the same thing. Makes it alot of fun!104
Others expect us to never make a mistake or have a bad day when we're on our weight loss / fitness journeys. And we tend to allow a single bad day as a trigger to give up. But we're human - we have bad days, and we're allowed days to "celebrate".
So just remember that - and that tomorrow is another day. We're not perfect. We're human. And that's a good thing!! :-)
