Give them a bucket of water and a paintbrush and have them "paint" your car, or the side of your house. My daughter LOVED doing that! It also allowed me to do some gardening while she kept herself busy. No clean up either, LOL.

I NEVER do any exercise over and over again (unless it is a program and even then I get bored) because I get bored too easy. If I am bored I am less likely to stick to my healthy journey 2163262334320312311
I know this sounds a little obvious, but the more boring meals become, the less likely we stick to a healthy food plan. Chicken breast and fish can be sooooooooo boring after awhile. Add spices and herbs! (fresh and dried). Change it up to change the tastes. Watch the salt however.
I also love to use cayenne pepper sauce. Don't let yourself get too hungry. Pace your meals to stay full. Also, try to eat the same time every day and pay attention to your hunger signals. If your an emotional eater, like me, these signals are essential to success.
Using the Wii Fit is a lot of fun. There is a variety of balance exercises that keeps the workout interesting and challenging. You can chose any of them and many times as you want to try to beat your own score.
Mixing it up keeps you from getting bored.
