I love stirfry veggies cooked in a skillet with lid until tender. Then, I add a tad of light margarine or olive oil. Low in calories, healthy, and takes only a few minutes to cook. emoticon

    I have started doing this and I am amazed at the great taste veggies have when they aren't boiled to death or fried in fattening oil! emoticon
