Hah! Get your mind out of the gutter! What I mean is commit to have an exercise streak by exercising 10 min. a day for a 7 day streak (or whatever you're comfortable with). Or a 14 day streak of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Or a 30-day streak of logging your food. C'mon, lets STREAK!!

    I love what you wrote, Pepe! BTW, I'm a STREAKER - I'm Going for an exercise streak of a minimum of 15 minutes a day for 30 days. Today was 3 days!!!

    This is great advice. I just started my weight loss program and have little motivation to workout at the gym right after I get off work. My digital cable service has On Demand 10 minute workouts. I'll Streak this week for 10 minutes and boost it up next week. Thanks!!!

    This is great advice! I've just started my weight loss program and I also have a busy work schedule. I just can't seem to motivate myself to go to the gym. My digital cable has 10 minute workouts On Demand so this would be perfect for me. Thanks

    Good advice. Consistency is very important. I am going to do 10 minutes of weights and kettlebells daily for 7 days.

    OK, I'm on for streaking. I think I will go 8 days doing Coach Nicoles Fit Firm & Fired up program. Each day a different 10 minute workout. If it stays in the 90s, I'm getting naked too. No peeking, for your own good.
