Hah! Get your mind out of the gutter! What I mean is commit to have an exercise streak by exercising 10 min. a day for a 7 day streak (or whatever you're comfortable with). Or a 14 day streak of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. Or a 30-day streak of logging your food. C'mon, lets STREAK!!

  • This is great advice. I just started my weight loss program and have little motivation to workout at the gym right after I get off work. My digital cable service has On Demand 10 minute workouts. I'll Streak this week for 10 minutes and boost it up next week. Thanks!!! - by TREVA10
  • This is great advice! I've just started my weight loss program and I also have a busy work schedule. I just can't seem to motivate myself to go to the gym. My digital cable has 10 minute workouts On Demand so this would be perfect for me. Thanks - by TREVA10

  • Good advice. Consistency is very important. I am going to do 10 minutes of weights and kettlebells daily for 7 days. - by PMT1951
  • OK, I'm on for streaking. I think I will go 8 days doing Coach Nicoles Fit Firm & Fired up program. Each day a different 10 minute workout. If it stays in the 90s, I'm getting naked too. No peeking, for your own good. - by PEPE865
