Hunger Pains? chug a half glass of water or so. Wait 10 minutes. If truely hungry, you will still be after 10 minutes. If dehydrated...voila! No more hunger pains!
It has been proven that hunger pains can also mean your body is thirsty. So drink WATER! I have a large purse, and I keep a bottle of water in there for when I am on the go.
