Just came back from Costco where I bought a box of 12 individual-serving-size hummus @ 100 cal each: delicious and handy!

I LOVE Sabra Hummus. I would love it even more if my area started carrying the individual containers...I didn't even know they had those. It would be so much easier to just grab one out of the refrigerator, some baby carrots and go on those days I'm running late for work...which is quite often. I'm so not a morning person!

=D another sabra lover! I almost worship the stuff, but I don't get it nearly often enough. I have to find the 100 cal packs though, they sound really convenient.

love this stuff, but no one else in the house does. these smaller packs are perfect for taking to work for a snack.

Our Costco didn't even have a spot on the shelf for it last week. Excellent to hear that maybe that was a temporary issue. The stuff is so yummy that the individual containers are the only thing that saves me.

Salad dressing alternative
I use humus instead of salad dressing. It adds great flavor to a salad for less calories/fat and it's a good source of protein.
I fix my own 100 calorie snacks. I buy trail mix, crackers etc. in bulk and then measure out 100 calories worth and put them in snack bags. This is much cheaper than buying the already packaged ones. I also have some small plastic containers and make my own individual servings of salad dressing, humus, peanut butter, cream cheese to take with my lunch.
Recently I started the mindless eating that occurs as your stress builds. Once I recognized it - I could deal with it - by packing carrots, celery, humus - and increasing my B-complex. Stress didn't go away, but now I could deal with it in a healthy manner.29
