My tried and true trick to meet my water quota is to start my day with a glass of water and before long, nature calls, and I 'll have to "go". As soon as I'm done in the bathroom, I'll drink another glass, and the cycle continues. If you drink everytime you "pee", you'll have no problem.

I found that the pounds are starting to melt away when I started to drink more water. In order to meet my water intake goal, I have kept out a 32 oz. cup all day that I refill with water. If I'm craving a certain food, I just refill it with water. This has helped me lose weight, meet my water goal, and stay on track!
I also keep an empty gallon jug in the refrigerator that is always full of ice cold water. This helps me refill my water so I can refuel as I go along through the day. I find that I'm now drinking about 12 glasses of water per day.
