Prevent your veggies from drying out on the grill by soaking them in cold water first. Your grilled vegetables are ready when you can pierce them easily with a knife tip or fork, Most vegetables can be cooked whole or cut the same size to cook evenly.
After work, I was starving and was munching on many different snack foods when I decided to cook a large plate full of frozen broccoli. I sprinkled some hot chili oil and seasoning on top, then ate it. It almost immediately stopped my feelings of hunger. Fortunately I ate that, because otherwise I would have eaten a lot more snack foods. So from now on, I will make sure that I have some vegetables on hand and also find something else to keep me busy while they cook. I prefer cooked vegetables.
