Thanks to the Nutrition Tracker I'm eating more Yoghurt than before.It has very few Carbs,settles my stomach and fills me up!!!The best is plain Greek Yoghurt with pieces of chopped Fresh Fruit added to it for flavour!!!Tasty AND Healthy---yuuuummmmmyyyy!!!

    Greek yogurt with a few raspberries and a small portion of peanuts and I think I'm having the best dessert ever and I'm still meeting my calorie and nutitional needs! Right on!
