I've been staying strong in my exercise and it's making all the difference in the world. It is now harder for me to not work out. I continue to push myself and raise my cardio endurance. It's all about feeling great and never being afraid to be the 200lb + person in the kickboxing class!

Keep you car keys by your bed at night. If you hear something that does not sound right, or someone breaks in. Push, Push, Push that car alarm while your on the phone with 911. Also, car keys in your hand while walking from or to your car. If you fell threaten use that alarm.
