Look for opportunities to get in additional exercise. While watching tv, use hand weights or bands. Watch tv on the floor & do stretches & floor exercises. Park farther way, use steps instead of elevators, do squats at your desk. Even do wall pushups will waiting for dinner to cook.
No matter where you are or where you go, there is an opportunity to incorporate some exercise in your day!!
I try to do small sets of exercises throughout my workday. At my desk, I use water bottles as weights for arm exercises. On bathroom breaks, I do leg exercises (lunges, calf raises, squats). Before my shower, I squeeze in some floor exercises (push-ups, crunches, etc). Before I know it, I've completed my strength training list for the day! 244
