Use the portable post-it flags to write down your different dinner entrées. Use different colors for each category (beef meals get a red flag, chicken yellow). You can plan your menus for the week by sticking the flag on the calendar day you plan to have the meal. If you need to switch just move it.
This works on a kitchen wall calendar or your personal calendar. It allows you to plan for eating out or "planned overs" for the week. If you generate enough menus for 2-3 weeks you'll keep the "what's for dinner?" complaints at bay. It also allows flexibility for the crazy last minute family stuff.

I found a good list of under 200 calorie drinks at Starbucks. I haven't been there in a while as I am somewhat addicted. These were listed on their website so you can arm yourself before you step in the door 469
I made a playlist on Youtube of songs that have dances that go with them (Cupid Shuffle, The Wobble, Electric Slide, Cotton Eye Joe, etc) so that when I want a fun workout I just start it from the beginning and dance! I have enough songs that it makes up a 30 minute workout and it just seems like I"m having fun. Try it!!
Some fun ones that are not as well known that you might like to learn and try: on Youtube look up "Michael Jackson Shuffle" and "Biker Shuffle". Very fun!!
Check out the menu BEFORE you get to the restaurant
Don't make an impulsive or bad decision when ordering off the menu at a restaurant. Most restaurants have their menus online. Read the menu before you go (even if you've been there before) and make a smart decision. Let Google help you find menus.
