Before I got to bed every night I give myself a pep talk. I congratulate myself for my days work and then I talk to myself about the work that I am going to do tomorrow. I remind myself that I am worth all of my effort and today is the day to prove it to myself.

i find that helps me out,big time. giving myself a pep talk before i go to sleep at night helps me sleep well and i wake up refreshed, raring to go and get through my day.

Sometimes all you hear is people complain.I have always had a bright outlook on life because I thank God for each day I am able to pick my head up off the pillow, put my feet on the floor and go about my day.
