Before I got to bed every night I give myself a pep talk. I congratulate myself for my days work and then I talk to myself about the work that I am going to do tomorrow. I remind myself that I am worth all of my effort and today is the day to prove it to myself.
This little pillow talk technique usually has me in the right frame of mind to get up and work out in the morning.

Sometimes all you hear is people complain.I have always had a bright outlook on life because I thank God for each day I am able to pick my head up off the pillow, put my feet on the floor and go about my day. There are so many less fortunate out there who can not get themselves out of bed due to physical limitations or psychological issues. There are people who do not have a pillow to lie their head upon each night and then there are people who have no feet to use to get them from place to place
