Buy Non-Fat Yogurt (plain) in the large tub and add your favorite mixins. One of my favorites is sugar free pancake syrup. It sweetens the yogurt and add a great maple flavor. To that, I'll add a little meusli, granola or oatmeal at night and let it sit in the fridge overnight for breakfast.

I love to treat myself with a yummy yogurt parfait for a weekend breakfast. I have 1/2 c. dannon all natural lowfat vanilla yogurt, 1 cup blueberries and 1/2 c. lowfat granola. Yummy, lowfat and very healthy!
