cutting my calories intake, paying attention to the salt in foods, changing my exercise program, working slow because I have to, but trying more cardio and doing something, either cardio or strength every day. Before I have been doing it in spurts, not regular enough for success
I have both a treadmill and a stationary bike. I will try alternating them, with my strength exercises on the in between days. I will also buy a step counter to track my steps. That helped me walk more before, but I lost the counter.
