I purchased a 4 cup mug with a straw. Each day I have a "contest" with myself. I try to empty the mug by Noon...then refill it. I try to empty the mug by 3:00...then refill it at home. I try to empty the mug by 10:00...voila...12 cups of water in for the day!

Water is important when trying to loose weight and I hated drinking water. So I started off slowly by drinking 1 glass a water every hour, then I got to two glasses an hour, now I'm at two glasses every half an hour. The more water you drink the better.
