iusually only shop every 3 month for non perishables and long life products via internet spending set amount no more then once a week for fruit veg milk and short life items thus saving £50 per month on going to the supermarket every week Clothes come mostly from charity shops only shoes underware bought new when special offer on so out of£200 a month i only spend half and rest is banked for rainy day48
Don't get stuck in a rut by buying the same old fruit and veg each week. I buy a mixed organic fruit and veg box from my local supplier, which means that I am forced to try all sorts of new fruit and veg that I wouldn't necessarily choose from the grocery store.
