When I need an extra energy boost, I listen to dance remixes of pop songs or techno (not my usual). My new fav is Wolfgang Gartner-Wolfgang's Fifth. Even if I can't make it to the gym--i'll dance myself into a frenzy and really get a mini workout in. emoticon
