When I need an extra energy boost, I listen to dance remixes of pop songs or techno (not my usual). My new fav is Wolfgang Gartner-Wolfgang's Fifth. Even if I can't make it to the gym--i'll dance myself into a frenzy and really get a mini workout in. emoticon

    I have noticed when I dance, time just flies and with each song lasting 4-5 minutes, it only takes a few to get in some good exercise!
