Stick to the perimeter of the grocery store when shopping. You get your fruits and veggies, meat, eggs, juice, healthy breads, etc and skip all that processed food that is loaded with salt and other preservatives!

Stop the madness! Eating all the processed junk isn't good for you. If you're relying on a box to tell you there are no trans fats, then you're shopping in the store's wrong section. Shop the perimeter of your grocery store. (Produce/Meats/Cold) If you can't buy fresh, then buy fresh frozen. :)
Buy organic when you can! Support your local farmers and farm stands. Even if they aren't organic, your local farmer will tend to use less chemicals and pesticides.
