Indian Style Vegetable Sandwiches

Thinly slice Cucumbers,Tomatoes,Green Peppers in rounds.Add a pinch of Black Pepper and Mustard Powders to a fat free Spread and mix well.Spread on slices of Bread of choice,place the sliced Veggies on top and cover with another slice.Cut in triangles and enjoy a light and healthy Snack anytime.

I beat together Nutrilite or any low fat Butter substitute with a pinch of Black Pepper,Mustard Powders and finely chopped Fresh Mint /Cilantro or Alfalfa Sprouts and keep in "Fridge.Use it as a Spread instead of Butter and layer with the thinly sliced Veggies for a nutritious Snack!!!

    to save calories I would leave off the spread
