It can be tough to get up early each morning to exercise. I whether or not my main routine is indoors, I found that if I get outside to do a quick jog or go for a walk, I am much more motivated and energized!
I am NOT a morning person by any stretch of the mind, but this always helps me to wake up and get going...

Some mornings I find it very hard to get out of bed to start my excercise, but I know that my whole day will go better if I start out with excercise rather than sleeping in. So I just repeat in my head over and over again "You'll feel better today if you excercise!" Some days it takes longer than other for this to finally kick my but out of bed- but it always works!
